Children

Christian Education is at the core of building one’s faith, and turning that faith into action. It begins when we are little children and continues throughout our lives.

At Nardin Park we provide opportunities across all of those years, starting with the youngest to assure that they gain a thirst for knowledge about Christ.

F.R.O.G. Education

Recognizing children as vital members of the family of faith, Nardin Park provides a comfortable, safe place where boys and girls can experience God’s love.

Volunteers are trained to assist paid professional staff in nurturing the children, not only at Sunday School but through special programs throughout the week and at special times during the year.

A highlight of each year is our Vacation Bible School program held in mid-August.

Bibles are presented in October to children in the third grade. They are then offered an 8 weeks “Learn to use my Bible” class on Tuesdays from 6:30-7:30pm.

We also provide parent education and support groups to assist the parents of the children.

Nardin Park Policy for the Protection of Children is signed by all volunteers and employees who assist in children’s ministries. This means all volunteers have undergone a background check, training, and their references have been contacted.
